Dami Andres is a prominent figure in the international music scene, known for his mastery of the 8-string guitar and his remarkable contribution to Brazilian and South American popular music. Residing in Rio de Janeiro, Dami Andres captivates audiences around the world with his unique interpretations of various musical genres, including Bossa Nova, Samba, Jazz, Choro, Tango, and more.

Dami Andres showcased his talent by winning the first place in the Composition Contest at the MEC Radio Festival with his moving composition, "Saudade do Sul." His music transcends borders, and Dami Andres has collaborated with renowned international artists, taking his music from the United States to Cuba, from France to Japan, as well as Germany, Austria, Italy, Canada, Azerbaijan, Portugal, Spain, and many other countries.

Dami Andres has already performed throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America. His music goes beyond linguistic and cultural barriers.

Recently, Dami Andres gifted the world with exceptional interpretations of timeless classics, including Tom Jobim's "Insensatez" and a captivating 8-string guitar arrangement of Vinicius de Moraes' "Valsa de Euridice." Additionally, he released a new single featuring an engaging arrangement of Tom Jobim's "Luiza." In August 2023, in Germany, Dami released a physical album of original compositions in collaboration with the incredible singer Marcia Bittencourt.

In the same year, Dami Andres embarked on an exciting European tour, performing in over 25 cities between August and October, both as a solo artist and in duets, in jazz clubs, theaters, and jazz festivals such as the "Jazz and Bossa Festival" in Finland and the Jazz Festival in Austria, among others. His thrilling tour included performances in cities like Brussels, Belgium, Salzburg, Austria, Berlin, Germany, Paris, France, Pargas, Finland, among others. His music resonated across the continent, gathering passionate admirers wherever he went.

In 2024, Dami Andres will perform at the Blue Note Rio and will once again undertake a tour to the most important cities in Europe.
